Experiences Hong Kong is seeking an active, responsible university student to serve as Onsite Event Manager for the upcoming University Orientation Camps (OCamps) at Camptopia. This role offers valuable leadership experience, direct event coordination, and active facility management in a supportive outdoor environment.

📌 Contract Details

• Hours: 14:30 – 22:30 daily (8 hours per shift)
• Total Pay: HKD $3,600 (HKD $100/hr base rate + HKD $100 daily travel & meal allowance)
• Onsite Training: Provided on 19 July 2026 with Jeff, following quick online preparatory modules.

📌 Core Mandates

• Event Leadership: Act as the main onsite contact for ExperiencesHK and the student ExCo organizing teams.
• Active Supervision: Perform hourly walk-by inspections to monitor water conservation and campfire safety.
• Security & CCTV: Cooperate with onsite Team Lead Teddy to monitor gate entry and camera feeds.
• Diplomatic Liaison: Manage noise levels and campfire protocols, making operational decisions as needed.
• Closing Procedures: Coordinate with organizers at 21:30 to ensure activities wind down and noise is reduced by 22:00.
• Physical Support: Assist with setting up 3m x 3m marquees, adjusting safety mats, and moving audio gear.
• Guest Relations: Greet incoming guests and resolve language barriers (onsite staff do not speak Cantonese).
• Media Capture: Take photos and videos during hourly rounds for post-event university engagement.
• Workspace: Work comfortably in summer outdoor conditions, with full access to a private, air-conditioned office containing the CCTV system feed.

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student at a Hong Kong university.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (essential for resolving onsite language barriers).
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in summer heat.
