Local (Hong Kong) or Remote (Virtual)
1. Role Overview & Mission
The Experience Consultant is a pivotal, dynamic role at ExperiencesHK, serving as both a commercial growth partner and an operational expert. Working alongside founder Jeff, you will lead end-to-end customer journeys—from first contact via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email to executing memorable events across our venue portfolio, including Camptopia. Guided by our core principles—serving first, acting with absolute professionalism, and seeking win-win outcomes for all parties—this role offers flexibility for either a Local Hong Kong On-Site Representative or a Remote Virtual Consultant.
2. Core Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Commercial Growth (Both Local & Remote):
- Pipeline Management: Manage existing client bases, lead warm conversions, and respond to incoming inquiries across email, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Outreach & Hunting: Identify new business development opportunities with schools, corporations, and community groups across Hong Kong.
- Value-Add Upselling: Guide clients through bespoke event options including campfire packages, customized transport, and catering solutions.
Operational & Event Execution:
For Local HK Candidates (On-Site Specialist):
- Serve as primary on-site Venue Manager during events at Camptopia.
- Manage multi-hour event schedules (4 to 12+ hours) and coordinate third-party vendors.
- Conduct venue walkthroughs using company vehicle.
For Remote Candidates (Virtual Curation Specialist):
- Handle inquiry intake, qualification, and initial proposal drafting using AI automation tools.
- Coordinate event schedules, issue client briefs, and liaise with local vendor partners remotely.
- Provide live operational fallback support during event hours.
3. Key Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves:
- Language & Communication: Conversational fluency in English and Cantonese with a warm, likable personality.
- Problem-Solving & Ethics: Strong desire to serve others, high level of fairness, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Operational Agility: Detail-oriented, ability to move fast without errors, and capability to work autonomously from anywhere with stable internet access.
Technical Literacy & Capabilities:
- AI Tools: Daily leverage of Google Gemini (via dedicated @experiences.hk account) for rapid drafting, along with familiarity with ChatGPT, Grok, or DeepSeek.
- Marketing & Admin Platforms: Comfortable learning or using Canva (proposals) and Brevo (client sequences).
- Logistics (Local HK Hire Only): Valid HK Driver’s License for client transport and showings.
4. Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: HKD 18,000 / month guaranteed base.
- Inbound Booking Commission: 3% – 5% of gross contract value.
- Self-Sourced Booking Commission: 10% – 12% of gross contract value.
- Ancillary Upsell Commission: 15% on gross margin of non-venue add-ons (campfires, coaches, catering).
- Benefits: Direct provision of company car (all expenses company-paid).
- Guaranteed Monthly Draw: HKD 15,000 / month (advanced against commissions).
- Flat Commission: 10% on gross venue contract value + 5% on ancillary services.
- Reconciliation: Quarterly deficit carry-forward / surplus payout structure.
