About the Role
As an Experiences Consultant, you are the face and operational anchor of ExperiencesHK. You will manage the entire client lifecycle—from initial lead intake across email, WhatsApp, and phone, to managing ongoing accounts and running on-site events.

You will have a clear title and core duties, but you are expected to step up and handle anything—leveraging Google Gemini as an active team member to solve problems and optimize daily workflows.

雖然您擁有明確的職位與核心職責，但我們希望您能主動勝任各類挑戰——將 Google Gemini 視為團隊的一份子，善用 AI 工具解決問題並優化日常工作流程。
- Take on new clients via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and direct channels, meeting performance and conversion metrics.
(透過電郵、WhatsApp 及電話等渠道迅速接洽新客戶，並達成相應的指標與轉化率。) - Onboard clients with utmost professionalism, embodying our servant leadership ethos.

- Manage existing client relationships to foster long-term trust, satisfaction, and account growth.
(管理現有客戶關係，建立長期信任，提升客戶滿意度與留存率。) - Fairly assess client requirements to build customized, high-value experience packages.
(公平客觀地評估客戶需求，提供客製化且具最大價值的體驗方案。)
- Serve as the primary lead on-site for all hosted events and curated experiences across Hong Kong.
(作為現場負責人，統領 ExperiencesHK 在全港舉辦的所有活動與體驗項目。) - Manage vendor coordination, live event logistics, and guest hospitality seamlessly.
(無縫協調現場物流、供應商管理及賓客招待，即時解決突發狀況。)
- AI-First Mindset / AI 優先思維： Proficient in or keen to master Google Gemini and modern AI toolsets to automate manual tasks and accelerate productivity. (精通或樂於學習 Google Gemini 及最新 AI 工具，以自動化繁瑣工作並提升整體生產力。)
- Adaptability & Drive / 高適應力與推動力： Willing and able to figure out solutions for anything that comes up, taking complete ownership. (具備強烈的主動性，能夠並樂於為任何突發狀況尋找解決方案。)
- Process Optimizers / 流程優化者： Action-oriented mindset that fixes broken systems rather than accepting friction. (具備行動導向思維，主動修復低效流程，拒絕妥協。)
- Bilingual Communication / 雙語溝通能力： Strong written and verbal skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin. (具備優秀的英中（粵語/普通話）書面及口語溝通能力。)
HK$18,000 – HK$25,000 / month (based on experience, capability, and AI fluency).
每月 HK$18,000 – HK$25,000（視乎經驗、能力及 AI 運用熟練度而定）。
