OCamp Experience Day 2026 (18 July 2026)

A full-day interactive preview of the Camptopia Orientation Camp experience. Test-run the actual venue infrastructure, preview live activities, and absorb the structural atmosphere before locking down your society’s main summer OCamp booking. Perfect for freshmen, organizers, and ExCo teams.

• 4:20 PM — Gates Open: Gather at the Grand Tent with live tracks spinning courtesy of DJ FXLion.
• 4:45 PM — Opening Introduction & Briefing by Jeff.
• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM — Water Games & Practical Setup Run (conducted by student organizations—please let us know your planned activities upon registering).
• 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM — Build | Eat | Chill (Food and beverages available for purchase at the Camptopia Kiosk). Followed by a 15-minute Group Sharing session to introduce all student networks, universities, and camp goals.
• 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM — Campfire Build & Lighting Ceremony (led by facility staff, looking for student leaders to step up and help build and start the fire) + Outro Music Sets.

• Experience the physical scale, sound boundaries, and atmosphere of the venue.
• Try actual water cannons, balloon mechanics, and campfire stack layouts.
• Gain practical layout design and risk management insights for your team’s proposal documents.
• Highly effective for initial ExCo committee team building and alignment.

• Free Transit Shuttle: Operations running from Sheung Shui MTR Station (Exit C) every 20-30 minutes as needed.
• Onsite Parking: Vehicle parking spaces are available on a strict reservation basis (RSVP required).
• Gear Up: Bring a clean change of clothes and a towel if tracking into the water test zones.
• Strict Limits: Allocation pools are limited to maintain venue crowd metrics—book tickets early to secure access.
